As part of our Finance & administration teams, you will gain deep insights into a broad start-up portfolio, current market trends and their impact on financial indicators, support with classic controlling activities and act as a business partner in all finance-specific questions.

What do you bring with you:

​

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance, and have gained initial practical experience

• You have good bookkeeping and accounting skills and you convince with a strong will to advance the business both operationally and strategically

• You have strong, conceptual, strategic and analytical skills and are also interested in the digital and start-up world

• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel, PowerPoint, possibly Power BI

• Very good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written, is also required

• Good knowledge of creating and implementing business plans and forecasts

• You distinguish yourself by questioning the given and optimizing it for the benefit of the entire company.

Youre tasks: 

​

• You will support the team during the monthly closing and with analyzes for P&L, balance sheet and CF, as well as with target/actual analyses, and you will also be involved in budgeting, forecasting and ongoing estimates

• You support management with KPI, portfolio and ad hoc analyses

• You are responsible for revenue recognition and invoicing according to HGB and IFRS and monitor receivables management

• When it comes to commercial issues, you form the interface between the internal departments and the management

• You ensure that the right information is made available to the specialist departments and actively support the optimal use of resources by providing analyzes and your know-how

• You drive the permanent further development and optimization of reporting, processes and guidelines in the company. In doing so, we assume that both internal and external framework conditions are fully complied with
