The focus is on the further development and integration of the hardware components of our pharmaceutical printing system—in conjunction with software and pharmaceutical processes.

Your Profile:

​

•    Completed technical degree or comparable technical training

•    Several years of professional experience in technical project management, ideally

      in the development of medical devices or production systems

•    Knowledge of GxP and ISO requirements

•    Understanding of CE requirements in the development of medical or

      pharmaceutical products

•    Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage

•    Confident use of project management tools and interest in actively helping to

      shape the introduction of a new tool​

•    Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

•    Fluent written and spoken German and English

Your Tasks:

​

•    Planning, controlling, and monitoring technical development projects in the

      pharmaceutical and medical technology environment

•    Responsibility for the technical development and integration of hardware and

      software components into the overall system

•    Technical management of interdisciplinary project teams, including task

      allocation, motivation, and active conflict resolution

•    Creation and maintenance of project plans and ensuring compliance with

      schedules, budgets, and quality standards

•    Development, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing documents (e.g.,

      risk management, requirements management, EMC measurements) and support

      of implementation up to CE certification

•    Managing cooperation with external partners and suppliers and coordinating

      requirements and integration steps

•    Representing DiHeSys at trade fairs and conferences

•     Willingness to travel nationally and internationally on occasion
