Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

As a systems engineer, you are responsible for ensuring that the various subsystems in the 2D and 3D printers for the production of personalized medicines work together seamlessly. In systems integration, you identify problems and take the necessary corrective actions to achieve the company's goals.

Your profile:

​

  • You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree in engineering, e.g. in the field of physics, electronics or pharmaceutical technology

  • You have already gained 2-3 years of professional experience in the areas of product development, process engineering or systems engineering

  • You are enthusiastic about data wrangling and have good analytical skills (using Excel, R, Python, etc.)

  • You have good communication skills in German and English

  • You are familiar with the common MS Office applications

  • You are motivated, detail-oriented and hard-working

Nice to have:

​

  • Experience in process development and optimization with SPC

  • Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)

  • CAD skills, ideally with SolidWorks

  • Experience with measurement and test methods

  • Experience with FMEA, risk analysis and SOP and change order documentation

  • Exposure to regulatory issues from ISO, GMP, GAMP, FDA and USP

Your tasks: 

​

  • You integrate different subsysteme (hardware and software) into our 2D/3D printer to meet customer requirements

  • You develop test systems, measurement metrics and implement solutions to improve process performance

  • You record documentation on the process flows and the interaction/integration of the subsystems

  • You are responsible for optimizing the maintenance processes and providing all integrated components to ensure functionality

  • You create requirements for hardware and software development in order to improve the integrative quality of the overall system
