Your tasks:

​

• Installation, maintenance and repair of printers

• Carrying out technical training for customers and employees

• Error analysis and troubleshooting for customer enquiries

• Collaboration with the technical support team

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Documentation of service processes

​

Your profile: 

​​

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification as an electrician

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar position

• Experience in the acceptance of systems with CE marking

• Knowledge in the application of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards and VDE regulations is an advantage, but not a requirement.

• Strong problem solving skills and a systematic approach to technical challenges

• Strong communication skills and team orientation

• Willingness to travel up to 50 %

• Fluency in German, good command of English​
