Heidelberg scientists test the printing of medicines
Scientists at Heidelberg University Hospital ( UKHD ) and the start-up DiHeSys Digital Health Systems are testing whether drugs can be dosed individually using a 2D printer. According to the researchers, the new technology of digitally printing drugs could solve a general problem that comes with any drug therapy that is tailored to individual needs.
