Your profile:

​

• University degree in pharmacy, medicine or similar

• Ideally 3 years of professional experience in a QA position at a pharmaceutical company with the relevant certifications

• Familiarity with stability testing of shelf life products

• You have experience in dealing with complaints and product recalls

• Investigating outside of the specification is not a challenge for you

• You have initial experience in training/educating employees in following relevant QA processes

• You are familiar with GDP (input material control, proper storage of products)

• You work independently and are enthusiastic about helping with product development to reach the market

• You are familiar with conducting internal supplier audits

• You have technical knowledge and a digital-first attitude

• The main location will be in the premises of Gen-Plus GmbH & Co. KG Munich, some trips to the Schwäbisch Gmünd headquarters are required

• You are familiar with concepts from FMEA, CAPAs, Six Sigma

• Ideally, you have experience working with product development and engineering teams

Your tasks: 

​

• You build quality management systems and procedures

• You are responsible for the implementation of necessary quality management measures to meet standards such as ISO 9001

• FDA, CFR11, GMP/GAMP, GDP standards are no strangers to you

• You develop procedures and processes for quality assurance in the departments

• You apply policies to help the company achieve its goals in the regulated industry

• You introduce relevant documentation procedures that stand up to an external audit
