What you bring with you:

​

• Completed university degree in pharmacy or comparable studies

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in project management in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in formulation development

• Sound knowledge of GMP guidelines and other relevant regulations

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with project management tools and software

• Fluency in German and English

Your tasks: 

​

• Management and coordination of pharmaceutical development projects on behalf of customers and other stakeholders

• Internal start-to-end project management incl. management of external service providers

• Overall project overview of the DiHeSys overall system consisting of hardware, software and formulation

• Development of project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource planning

• Monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met

• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including research, development, production and quality assurance

• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals

• Risk analysis and management

• Preparation and presentation of project reports for management

• Participation in the establishment and further development of the organization
