Administrative responsibility for the entire employee cycle from joining to leaving
Preparation of documents such as employment contracts, job advertisements, etc.
Responsibility for employee development, planning internal and external training and team building activities
Support in recruiting high potentials and applicant management, planning and participation in job fairs
Carrying out preparatory payroll accounting in cooperation with the payroll department
Independent administration of the HRM system
Contact person for authorities, offices, (health) insurance companies, tax consultants, etc.
Advising and supporting managers and employees as a contact person for all HR and employment law issues
Support and proactive preparation of various reports and statistics as a basis for decision-making
Support with various HR projects, in particular to increase employer attractiveness
Representing the area of responsibility to external auditors and authorities
Supporting organizational development through active management of personnel selection, employee development, advising management on personnel matters

Several years of professional experience in administration and/or as a consultant in human resources
Degree in human resources, economics or psychology with or without management experience
