Your profile:
​

Completed master's or doctoral degree in engineering, physics or materials science
-
Sound knowledge of materials science, experience in pharmaceutical formulations is an advantage
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders both internally and externally
-
Positive mindset and stress resilience to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment
-
Willingness to travel: International travel of up to 50% of working time
-
Fluency in German and English

Your tasks:
​

Further development of 2D and 3D products by optimizing existing applications and improving functionalities
-
Identifying and qualifying new suppliers for consumables
-
Planning and conducting relevant studies and maintaining SOPs and protocols
-
Collaborating with product management and R&D to develop new products and qualify prototypes and software tests
-
Creating documentation and training for sales and customer partners to maximize understanding of the instruments
-
Performing qualifications and validations (PQ/OQ/PV tests) for 2D and 3D printers

Pre-Sales support:
​

Preparation of lab reports and application notes to support with technical documentation
-
Demonstration of instruments and software for potential customers
-
Content creation for user manuals, sales documents and social media
-
Scientific presentations, including the creation and presentation of posters and talks

After-sales customer support:
​

Technical support for operational and technical questions about our products
​
