Your role:​

​​

As Head of Finance, you will assume overall responsibility for our commercial areas - in particular finance and back office. You will work closely with the management and act as their extended arm in strategic, business and organizational matters. The Head of HR reports to you on a technical level, but works largely independently. You will manage the back office team directly.

​

​

Your Profile:

​

• Degree in business, finance or controlling

• Several years of experience in finance, ideally with management responsibility

• Sound knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting (HGB, ideally IFRS)

• Structured, solution-oriented way of working with a high level of personal responsibility

• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Interest in working in an agile, technology-driven environment

Your Tasks:

​​​

• Responsibility for all financial issues: Budget, forecasting, controlling, reporting, annual financial statements (in cooperation with the tax office)

• Management of day-to-day operations in the commercial area - especially in the back office

• Development, introduction and monitoring of efficient processes, structures and standards

• Close cooperation with the management in strategic corporate management

• Interface between the specialist departments and management for all business management topics

• Provision of relevant key figures and analyses to manage the company

• Support with business planning and fundraising if necessary
